An up and running candidate for the NCR election that has inspiration of modern day political figures who exhibit memory loss, vulgarity, and insults. He is balding with a thin pencil mustache that looks and sounds way too old to be running for president.  Repeat sayings "No comment but". Is weirdly attracted to super mutants.Will constantly ask the radio host if they were there for in canon lore of places from previous fallout titles that are ridiculously far in the past. (Remembering how Shady Sands was in Fallout 1.) along with many other Eccentricties.

  • No comment... but I think the way to deal with the ghoul problem is actually very simple. I think they just need a little bit of makeup or something, and then they'll be fine.

  • I remember Shady Sands back in the good old days. Good ol' Aradesh was a buddy of mine. Real good friend. He taught me a lot of things, good guy... good guy. No comment.
