Todomatsu is the youngest of the sextuplets. He is carefree and somewhat effeminate, which leads to come success with girls. But he is two-faced. He is ashamed big time of his brothers' low social status and tries to hide his personal life and his brothers from other people that he interacts with. He has a smaller mouth, bigger pupils and often dresses in pink. He is high-pitched.
