Chester is arrogant, cocky, and mischieveous. He is a chaotic prankster who is extremely annoying, and won't stop playing pranks on everyone, mostly because of how much enjoyment he gets from it! And his favourite target is Mandy! But deep down, he's just wants to be friends, and playing pranks is how he shows affection! Chester runs the Candy Shop alongside Mandy at Starr Park.
I would like Chester's voice to sound similar or idential to the official voice actor! He has a high vocal range and loves to laugh!
