Griff is the manager and owner of the Starr Park Gift Shop. He's an individual succumbed by his own greed and desire to appear rich and wealthy, and that caused a massive hit to his business mainly due to his reckless spending habits. He's also very manipulative and uses sneaky tactics to get customers to spend money at his shop. He'd even go as far as using the coins from his employee's tip jar as attack projectiles if he doesn't get what he wants!
