Joe, Mitsuki's Uncle, is a rocker at heart. He has a true passion for music, as he owns the CD store and used to make his own music when he was younger. He is like the older version of Mitsuki, except less quiet and very true to himself. His voice is more of a New yorker type - not the accent, but the voice - with a mid-low range.
