Leobart is the leader of PISS. He's a half human half cryptid, based off the folklore cryptid "The Hatman." Leobart created the organization to hunt down and defeat the opposing cryptids. Dimension Main


Leobart speaks with a British accent as he was raised in Great Britain before moving to the United States for work, to which he gained his powers by unfortunate circumstances. Leobart's powers involve shadow transformation and origami weaponry.
