Your projection is commendable, It can be better or stronger. Remember you are speaking as if you're indeed in a gym full of people. Yet, there's room for this aspect of your delivery to be even more impactful. Working on your projection could indeed make your voice carry further and more powerfully. However, the delivery often feels repetitive, which could be refined to allow for a smoother flow. The frequent micro breaths between words are disrupting the continuity. Taking deeper breaths at the beginning of sentences could help you deliver more seamlessly, reducing the need for pauses and enhancing the overall fluidity of your performance.

Incorporating more variation in tone would also greatly benefit your delivery. Currently, your tone is consistently even, which might cause the content to become less engaging as the performance progresses. Moreover, the energy noticeably dips and the tempo slows toward the end. Being mindful of maintaining energy and managing tempo changes more smoothly could prevent the performance from feeling abrupt. Experimenting with different vocal pitches, speeds, and emotional intensities can transform your read into something truly dynamic and captivating. These adjustments will help keep the audience engaged and interested throughout your entire performance.
