Rome is a 15-year old boy who is known to be that one friend who goofs off a lot with his other friends though he says some pretty weird/ insane things. Rome makes rude comments to people sometimes even though he's not the brightest crayon in the box. Other than that he tries his hardest to be athletic. Rome often talks to Miles since they're friends.
