Yaemon is an elderly tank engine who once worked on the Northern Coastline Railway. He now works on the Foxton Valley Branch Line.


An older, much more experienced engine, Yaemon tends to be grumpy occasionally, but has a heart of gold! He always works up and down the branch line in perfect time, and always tries to give as much advice as he can to the younger workers on the crew.


His accent is Japanese, and his age is senior.
