Barry is a young teen age 17, he is an aspiring potion brewer, his dream is to mix all kinds of brews along with making new never before seen spells in this field. Him along with his 3 best friends all work together to follow their dreams at willow peak.

 Barry is quick as a whip when it comes to making a plan. If you need complex spells or strategy Barry is your guy. Barry is no doubt super smart but lacks in people skills, he likes to keep to himself and has a hard time making friends because the way he acts is much different from kids his age. So his friend group is small but he's happy with the ones he has because they just get him no matter how odd he is. All the less he still tries to make more, Barry in a sense is a teacher's pet he does better with older people or staff around the school, this leads to other students not being too fond of barry. Besides being super smart he loves board games and puzzle solving. He has a vast collection of books and enjoys reading at any time. 

Negative traits. He can be a control freak at times without knowing. (this is a trait that goes into the backstory about his parents and them being divorced) when reason and logic go out the window Barry struggles to deal with problems in a different way. Hes tends to be claim but can analyze or obsess over something easily losing sight of what's really important.

Character growth: talk to his dad and ask to have more family time and be open about how the divorce made him feel at first. Be more open to other people 

Dialogue traits: nerdy, doesn't back down when he thinks he is 100% sure, matter of fact, loves puns with pingpong, talks scientifically, goofy, can't read a room sometimes,can be rude by accident.
