Charlie is a fan-made Trolls OC (inspired by the recent Trolls 3: Band Together movie) who is the vice elected official of Mount Rageous. He's a high-tempered, determined, and self assertive shortie who is constantly reminded and teased of his childhood stardom, and would do anything to escape it and become the elected official of his dreams. Charlie is a male, but can be played by any gender due to his voice being a higher pitched, although I do ask that for him to still sound masculine. He's very cutesy despite not liking the fact he could be seen as cute. He's also canonly queer (Specifically bisexual, and is suggested to have romantic feelings for Rory), so please keep that in mind and respect that and Rory's pronouns (Rory is non-binary and uses they/them pronouns.)
