Solid! It's a bit safe intentionally(?) I'm hearing the correct emphasis on words and variation in tone, but I'd say play up how you express this character a bit to make this pop!

The way you can approach it is through "adding personality" and emphasizing certain words to your rendition. Basically it's subtly adding more emotion to words that interest the character. Now, you've done that safely, I just want a bit more to be noteworthy! For example the first line "You'll be the talk of the century when I'm done with you!" The variation in tone is in your take, but it just needs to be tweaked a bit more to portray what she's more emotionally inclined to! This character loves gossip/drama and they aspire to be a famous dressmaker! She's talking up a customer to let their guard down for juicy gossip and GET PAID. lol There's also consideration for other aspects, like imagining her background, manner of speech, etc. Just more creativity in how you express her!
