You! - What is the Art Director Responsible For?

The Art Director on Wondergear works collaboratively with team leadership to establish and maintain the art style for the game, in addition to overseeing character, background, and other visual assets.This role will be responsible for both creating initial assets, and supervising other artists.

What Do We Expect From New Team Members?

• 
  Responsiveness is a must; an efficient team is defined by open communication, and we expect partners to engage in meetings and send progress updates.


• 
  Creativity is encouraged! Directorial Members will provide all assets/aides to accommodate the creative process, but we're looking for people who are interested in improvisation and interpretation whenever the occasion allows!


• 
  Timeliness is important to the team. Most of our partners are balancing The Wondergear Project alongside a college education, other projects, or a salary occupation. We maintain respect for our partners' needs given that our schedule is treated as important too.


• 
  Legitimacy is important during every step of the video process. It is very important that new partners consider the level of professionalism they have with their skillset before applying. Please feel free to share relevant personal content with us on the next page!
