A good friend of Renault, Steve was born in a French family yet spent the majority of his growing-up years in Ireland (thus picking up the Dublin accent instead of French) before joining the Earthian Alliance Military as a medic - where he served a few tours through his 20s and 30s. His field experience taught him many harsh lessons about the horrors of war, and his friendship with Ren has helped him keep a sense of purpose for the future. While he can be standoff-ish when put into unnecessarily stupid situations, Steve remains a grounded and practical man - often playing off of Ren’s humor to keep some semblance of mischief in his life.
