Saeran Choi is the twin brother of Saeyoung Choi. Though the two have much very history, I'm going to sum it up!
[WARNING SPOILERS FOR THOSE WHO HAVEN'T PLAYED 707's ROUTE]
Saeran was constantly being beaten by his mother, Saeyoung and himself were planning to escape,but that didn't happen as V took him under his wing and assured Saeyoung that his twin would be alright with Rika going to care for him.
Later, Saeran joins a cult called "Mint Eye" brainwashed by Rika. He was beaten,brainwashed,and broken so he's very dull. He hasn't experienced happiness and joy since his brother left.
Finally, at the end of Saeyoung's route Saeran joins the RFA and leaves 'Mint Eye' with his twin brother. Saeyoung adores and loves his brother,but let's just say that when he said a 'joke' that was all too real it left him shocked.
