She is cruel and sociopathic but with the intention of furthering her agenda of advancing her career even if it costs the dignity of others. Not in the least bit afraid to make a spectacle and entirely unapologetic for her actions which she is 100% convinced are always the right moves. 

Vocal range can reach from calmly manipulative to absolutely hysterical depending on her mood and who might be opposing her directly.
