Lagoona Blue is a slim, light cyan-skinned sea monster who is quite friendly and lives in the Welker area. She’s a graduate from the monster school in the American town of New Salem on the mainland known as Monster High. She often helps Ariel out with salvage operations, as she joined the salvage crew not long after moving to Transportainia.


Lagoona has a very friendly and laid-back personality, even her clothes reflect her easy-going nature. Most of the time, Lagoona is very calm and level-headed, but she is prone to strong emotions, especially when it comes to romance and friendship.


Her voice should at least come close to sounding like either Larissa Gallagher or Laura Bailey.
