King Daegon of House Severino is the last surviving member of the royal bloodline. The king is often ill yet forces himself to still handle matters of the country, even stepping into battle to raise morale. He is known as the "Last Dragon" or the "Dying Dragon." A moniker that makes nobles think that he is a weak ruler. Weak in body he may be, but his mind is as sharp as ever.
This character in particular is inspired by King Alfred from The Last Kingdom series & books, Guo Huai from the Dynasty Warriors games, and Jaehaerys II from A Song of Ice & Fire books
