ALSO NOTE: PAINES IS NOT A SERIOUS CHARACTER. HE IS RANDOM. HE CAN NEVER KEEP A STRAIGHT FACE FOR MORE THAN A FEW SECONDS.
Paines is.... well Paines. He's random and acts very oddly. He is the fourth wall breaking MASTER. He literally has green hair and a pink suit with a top hat. And he can make doubles of himself that look different. No one really knows where Paines is supposed to belong because he's in every story.
