A Replian dark magic user, who practices the art of necromancy. Rosa is one of the heirs of House Dawn, one of the most influential High Houses of the Republic of Replicia. Despite the wealth and power that her position affords her, she doesn't care much for the internal politics plaguing her family. While her siblings are busy being at each other's throat for the title of Matriarch, Rosa enjoys dabbling in the teachings of her ancestors. Through her tireless research of her forebears' use of dark magic, she has mastered the forbidden art of bringing back and weaponizing the dead.

When it comes to the current war between the Empire of Lupaea and the rest of the world, Rosa shares the same apathy as her fellow Replians. A few skirmishes for certain resources aside, the Replians and Lupaeans don't really view each other as active threats to each other and as such, have yet to go to war. The massive landmass between the Republic and the Empire has also made the idea of an all out invasion unattractive to both sides, hence the Replians' inaction.

Rosa, herself, is quite a confident woman and doesn't shy away from flirting and toying with others. She is a master of keeping her cool and throwing pointed remarks or insults at her is considered a bad idea, since she's always ready to clap back with her own sharp witted remarks.
