Blaine is known as the towns "golden guard" because of his armor and hair, and his loyalty to the village. Blaine knows that he can trust Zarriea, he knows there is something Zarriea isn't telling him but yet he seems to trust her with his life. He is the head guard of the village and the strongest. He helps Barry and Zarriea learn some fighting skills, and treats Zarriea as if she is the lord of the village.
