Noriko Kato is a supporting character in The Final Message, an 18 year old teenager who is the valedictorian and student council president in Stone Edge. She is extremely likeable among students and staff and is known for a lot of volunteer work around town. However, on November 1st, 2000 she mysteriously disappeared. If you do voice Noriko she will either show up in flashbacks or on VHS tape recordings but she is very important to the plot. I am looking for a female sounding VA that has an English/Japanese accent. Any range, be creative!
