Rock considers himself a mysterious thief and has a self proclaimed rivalry with Pokemon 7. He is proud, stuck-up ,and though he proclaims to be powerful, he's a coward, fleeing rather than battling or allowing his pokémon to battle without him.
He is seen as being a womanizer, as he tries to persuade women from battling him by flirting. He also seems to have a crush on Lily, Hiori's sister. Which Hiori doesn't like.
As another mysterious thief; having a rival appear bothers me a bit.
I definitely won't allow someone other than me to become famous for stealing pokémon!!
