Wataro Dejao is the owner of the Legend Corporation where gifted individuals are taught, trained, and sent out to help defend all corners of the world. He is extremely kind-hearted and always makes others feel accepted. His voice should emanate these traits of his.
His voice is mid-low. Either an English American accent or a subtle English British accent is preferred.
Lines 1 and 2 have Wataro telling a fictional story.
Line 3 is Wataro responding to a question asked of him by a child. He speaks in a soft tone almost as if disappointed about the truth from his words.

Over 300 years ago, war was declared on the Gobur (pronounced Go-Boo'r) Kin, a violent race of orcs and goblins. They were led by a treacherous ruler named King Aku'Rogh (pronounced Ah'Koo-Rawf) whose only desire was to consume every living thing on the planet.
Aku'Rogh felt that something was different about this young man and swung his mighty blade to strike down his opponent. But the young fighter was too fast landing a heavy blow to the beasts face and sending him flying backwards.
Unfortunately, I can not speak for the decision made by those greater than the people of this realm. But I can say that as difficult as it is for the Kings here to come to an agreement on what actions to take, I am certain it is no easier for the gods above to come to one either. And because of this, sometimes they miss their chance to intervene before it is too late.
