Kermit the Frog is the protagonist of the Muppets franchise. His parodied version serves as the deuteragonist of the DAU. He is Cell’s best friend and sidekick/Pet. DAU's version of Kermit comes across as a selfish, crazy frog who will go to any lengths to get a reaction out of Cell. As long as hes making content, He makes extremely awful and morally-questionable decisions, more so than Cell, who surprisingly comes off as a much better person than him. This cruelty of sorts is best shown in the Perfect Pokemon Trainer videos, where he "Teaches" Cell the secret to Leveling a Pokemon faster. He takes Jigglypuff and breaks its legs over and over, then healing it to gain "experience"unaware that zenkai boosts do not work the same on Pokémon, and that Jigglypuffs need Moon Stones to evolve in the first place, making Kermit’s tactics pointless. Despite his flaws as a "Hero", Kermit still does care about others, especially towards Cell, whom he deems his best friend. An example is in Perfect Cell Vs Super Steve, where he immediately comes to Cell's aid to prevent Steve from kidnapping Cell and taking him to the Minecraft realm. He even apologized to Jigglypuff for abusing it so much, claiming he just wanted it to be the best Pokémon it could possibly be.
