Raiders are the general banditry of the Wasteland. Ruthless, harsh, and hungry to inflict pain and misery on others, Raiders are a plague that are hostile to many factions.
This Raider is on patrol outside the Springvale School. Upon the Player's arrival, they are seen lamenting the fact they are stuck outside the school's walls, and soon just gossip briefly before returning to their patrol.
