All chosen animators will be paid $150 to complete an animation test. Please choose ONE type you would like to test for in your application: (Inbetweens, rough clean up, or rough keys.)

1st Key Animators is the position where the animator is assigned shots from the storyboard with the expectation that they will draw and key animate/inbetween and stay close to the designated art style from the reference material such as the character sheets and design notes. 

Since 1st Key Animators have heavy and difficult responsibilities, the pay will have a starting price of $300-400 for completed shots. Prices will be raised based on complexity.

SOFTWARE

CLIP STUDIO PAINT animators ONLY! If you haven't used CSP, but would like to be trained on it, please mention that in your application. NO TV PAINT/KRITA/TOON BOOM ANIMATORS!

• PHOTOSHOP/PAINT TOOL SAI animators optional, and encouraged to also apply.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Communicate effectively between yourself and animation director any questions or concerns.

3. Willing to train, challenge, and dedicate themselves to following the difficult art style so that their frames end up in the final cut. (If you do not, please apply to the 2nd Key Animator position instead)


4. Can do lip-sync animation.


5. Can animate from roughs to final clean up lines.


6. Open to coloring. (optional)
