John Smith for Officer Henderson
Officer Henderson is a Vault 101 Security Guard. During the Player's 10th birthday party, he can be seen speaking with Officer Ramos about his disdain for watching over the party, calling the Player and the other kids "rugrats".
He is later killed by radroaches during the Player's escape from Vault 101.
