This character is very important to this series. He has an old timey-New York accent and sounds similar to Joey Drew from batim. He often has an energetic voice when he is happy and his accent shines, although when saddened his voice becomes more monotone, and his accent fades quite a bit, although is still noticeable. This character appears frequently in the series, so VA should be  able to return in the future.
