A creepy ghostlike entity that can only whisper. They are, in most cases, unable to use their voice and their whispers are somewhat off-putting, but they generally human-sounding. Try to think of an alien that's been studying humans for years trying to mimic the sound of whispering accurately enough to come off as realistic to humans, but still a little odd. However, they can use their voice when they're using a lot of power.
