For Undyne, I'm looking for a low pitched female voice. Tough, and enthusiastic. As mentioned before, she can get pretty loud so be okay with yelling.

I tried normal > 2srsgrowly > raspy. I apologize if the differences aren't... noticible :( I been trying this for a couple days and it kinda.. meshed... together.
