Mojo is a villainous, intelligent mad scientist chimpanzee who is constantly plotting to take over the world and/or destroy The Powerpuff Girls. He is also the father and creator of the Rowdyruff Boys. Mojo created them during a stay in prison, desperate to find a way to create a power equal to the Powerpuff Girls.
