Vector is the leader of the Chaotix. He's a very bombastic individual. His main motive is money because bills gotta get paid. He has his heroic side and very playful via teasing his allies. 

Voicewise? I prefer if you don't do anything akin to the current voice actor. Morelike his modern debut in Sonic Heroes. Also, hit me with a New York or Jersey accent. Surprise me.
