Great to know about the reason for the pace choices now. It's slightly fake/laboured but this is great practice. You're in your CSR/sing-songy style a lot in here adding to the fakeness feels. Getting it warm and exciting are great steps, and directing it TO a real life person will ground it further and help it feel more real and natural.
