Bernard Bailey is a man who has the power to pass through realities. He has some magic abilities, including, spells, teleportation, sensitivity to reality, and precognition, but his role mostly is to get people from one place to another, especially if they are displaced from the plane of their normal existence. He passed these powers to his daughter, Bernadette Bailey, who resides on a different plane of existence now. He has worked with the IMWAN 4 heroes but does not consider himself a superhero. His function in the script is to say expository information in a mystic way. He should be strange but not creepy.
