Reese is one of the police officers at the Johnston Police Department, and much like his partner Brandt, he puts a greater emphasis on loafing around and wasting time instead of his police work. Unlike Brandt however, he's a lot more friendly and approachable, and holds a lot of respect for Lieutenant Forskin.
