Ichiro, the Ultimate Deep Sea Diver, is the friendly neighborhood perv. He manages to somehow turn most things that can possibly be taken in a perry way, in a very pervy way. He doesn't much care if it's a guy or a girl, if he can make a perry comment, he will. But he knows when to stop. Must of the time. And gives surprisingly good hugs. He's very good at comforting people at the right times, slipping in a joke or two to cheer them up. But even then, he sometimes chooses to make his... comments... at the worst possible times. He's spent most of his life alone, having no siblings nor many friends. Although his parents and older family were kind of like his best friends in a way. So he's kind of desperate for socialization with kids his own age.
