Fuyuhiko Kuzuryu (九頭龍 冬彦 Kuzuryū Fuyuhiko) is one of the characters featured in Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair and a participant in the Killing School Trip.

Fuyuhiko bears the title of the Ultimate Yakuza (超高校級の「極道」chō kōkō kyū no “gokudō.” lit. Super High School Level Gangster).

Fuyuhiko appeared in Danganronpa 3: The End of Hope's Peak Academy as a student from Class 77-B enrolled in Hope's Peak Academy with the other Remnants of Despair. Fuyuhiko succumbed to despair along with his classmates after being brainwashed by Junko Enoshima and became a part of Ultimate Despair.

In Danganronpa 2, Fuyuhiko lost the use of his right eye after Peko Pekoyama, his hitwoman, accidentally slashed him during her execution in chapter 2. Fuyuhiko was one of the survivors who managed to escape to the real world and decided to reside in Jabberwock Island. Fuyuhiko makes his appearance in Super Danganronpa 2.5: Nagito Komaeda and the Destroyer of the World.

At the end of Danganronpa 3, the fallen victims of the Killing School Trip awaken and set off with Fuyuhiko and the other survivors to stop Ryota Mitarai from using his hope brainwashing video. Fuyuhiko and his classmates decided to atone for their sins as the former Ultimate Despair.
