Percy is a young green cheeky, but wholesome tank engine from the Island of Sodor. Percy is part of railway headmaster Sir Toppham Hatt's crew, who is often assigned to delivering the mail, a job that Percy always loves to do! Will Percy be able to deliver the grand prize for all of his fellow Sodor engines just as easily as he delivers important parcels in this character elimination? 

(For Percy's voice, I'm looking for a male mid-high-pitched or high-pitched child voice. If you want to, you can try and replicate the previous Percy voices from existing sources in the Thomas and Friends franchise, but it's not required, and you can choose to come up with your own Percy voice with either a North American accent or British accent instead.)
