Voice acting holds a special place in my heart. I'm sure we all, as kids, heard a character in a cartoon and thought "That character really exists somewhere." When I found out that cartoon characters didn't actually exist and it was just someone voicing them, my mind was BLOWN! After that, I would still sometimes think of a character as really existing, but in the back of my mind I knew that it was just an amazing performance. My goal is to bring that sense of amazement and immersiveness that I felt to even more people.
For me, some of the most impactful and immersive performances have come from video games. I'm a firm believer that video games are the absolute best way to experience a story. You get everything, an in-depth story like a book, beautiful audio and visuals like a movie, and a level of interactivity that is unrivaled. Another of my goals is to bring video games even more into the spotlight as the premium way to experience a story.
