Dick Grayson, also known as Nightwing and formerly as Robin, is a complex and resilient character with a tragic origin that shaped his life. From his early days as a member of the Flying Graysons, a family of trapeze artists, Dick experienced a life-altering event when his parents fell to their death during a performance. This traumatic incident led to his adoption by Bruce Wayne, who he later found out was Batman.

The character is depicted as a young man (18) who grapples with his identity, especially after discovering the truth about his parents' death. His anger and frustration towards Bruce Wayne (Batman) surface during an emotional confrontation. Despite the turmoil, Dick decides to carve his own legacy, vowing not to become like Batman.
