Meister is bombastic and dramatic. He treats the deadly games of Russian Roulette like the host of a game show. He's rather straightforward with explaining rules but cooly teases the participants if they take too long making decisions, prompting them to hurry.

However, as noted by Sara, Meister is notably indifferent to the Asunaro side, (i.e. Midori) when refereeing the banquet; staying impartial. He enforces rules as they are told and doesn't sway in his judgment.
