The chief of the Manehattan Police Department.  Cobalt is a veteran of the force, having served long enough to have seen almost every crime a beat cop could imagine.  He's stubbornly against Mare Do Well's activites as a vigilante.  He believes that a mare taking the law into her own hooves is an insult to both him and the force's efforts as a whole and brands her an outlaw to be apprehended on sight.


Go for something stern and commanding.  The rest, I'll leave up to you; feel free to improvise.

  • This vigilante is taking the law into her own hooves while we're left with the fallout of the press questioning our competence.  You'll excuse me if I'm less than enthusiastic.

  • I can appreciate Mare Do Well's intentions, but she can't change the world like this.  She's walking a very dangerous line with this vigilante business.
