Oskha AKA "The Have-not" is a man who's determined to eradicate all wealth. He has possession of The Ring of The Trader. He was the only son of a very wealthy man and used to see wealth as a good thing, but after seeing the greed of people, he became determined to take down every wealthy person there is.
In the story, Oskha and the kind Tiziano are one in the same. Tiziano will either be played by the same person doing two different voices, or two people with similar voices. In this case, there is a much higher chance that it will just be one person, but just be aware just in case.
