An ancient Owl who lived many centuries ago, when Owl technology and culture was at its peak. Otus encounters this Owl via a hologram recording found in the Eternal Sanctuary, a secret area found late in the game. This Owl comments on Noctae's brilliance, and speculates on Noctae's upcoming project, as there are rumors that it will be his greatest discovery yet.

Voice guidelines: Open to interpretation. This Owl is quite a bit smaller than most other adult Owls, being more comparable in size to Otus, so a somewhat higher-pitched voice may be fitting. As this Owl's gender is not specified in game, I am open to all voice types for this role.
