A reporter from the 80’s investigating the disappearance of Kiara Cruz, Carmelita is used to being told what she can and cannot do. She’s not afraid to bend the rules and fights for what she thinks is right. (Design not final) Ideally, Carmelita would have a heavier accent reminiscent of Sombra from Overwatch. However this is not necessary!
