Angelina Dalles AKA Madam Red before she 'became' Madam Red is Vincent's wife's sister. She is in her early 30s, a widow, and incapable of having children. In the actual anime she is characterized as a hot, fun aunt who loves parties and gossip, while also hiding the identity of a jealous, vindictive serial killer, who murders the prostitutes she helped give abortions to in her role as a doctor. Unfortunately, most of those complexities are buried in the frantic rush of the story, so she plays more the role of a doctor and a guilty conscience.
