The young daughter of the Sleepy Vellie Refugee, Pipp fled the destruction of Advent with her mother to the village of Vellie. Pipp is a bit of a wild child, having boundless energy, a rather manic grin, and a penchant for not wanting to listen to her mother. Of all the Advent refugees, Pipp seems to have adapted to life in Vellie the quickest, keeping a positive outlook despite the situation.
