A refugee from the city of Advent who fled to Vellie following the city's destruction. She has been unable to sleep well since fleeing the city, and is always on the verge of falling asleep where she stands whenever Otus encounters her. She is the mother of Pipp, and has trouble keeping an eye on her in her sleep-deprived state.
