Flowey is an evil flower without a SOUL or compassion. He should have a slightly nasally sounding voice, and should not sound too deep, but he should still sound older, considering he's not a child. You should also be able to distort your voice to sound demonic when his face changes.
In this world, it's kill or be killed. Only the strongest will survive. *Demonic* However, when I said your energy is rare, I meant you have something that can give me ultimate power. A power that will make monsters tremble in fear. Oh, you're gonna die, feeble bird freak!
*Kaz uses his magic on Flowey. Confused* What the... my body... feels warmth and pain! *strained, in pain, still angry* What is this pain? S-stop it! What are you doing?! *angry* I said STOOOP!!... *quiet, weak, scared* I don't want to die... please? *Kaz stops. exhausted, angry.* Huff... huff... what was that? *scared* Who... are you?
